Check the Product Details Page: You can find the estimated delivery date for the product by entering your pincode.
At Checkout: After selecting your shipping address, you will see the expected delivery timeline for each product.

3. Tracking Your Order

You can easily track your order through the My Orders page by logging into your account. We will also share tracking information via email to keep you updated on your order status.

4. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped. Alternatively, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the updated address.

5. Scheduling Deliveries

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to schedule specific delivery dates or times. Delivery will be arranged based on the logistics of our courier partners. Once they contact you for delivery, you can coordinate with them for specific timing.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹1499, a shipping fee of ₹39 will be applied at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe an item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
