Incase a wrong product is delivered to you, the returns can be initiated within 48 hours after receiving the product. We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.

Note: Products related to COVID essentials like facemask cannot be returned or exchanged due to WHO restrictions and baby essential products cannot be exchanged or returned.
