  • Where is my order?
    To check the order updates log in to your account, tap on “My orders” section and then select the order you want to track.
  • How to initiate return/exchange my order?
    To return/exchange the order, you can log in to your account, under “My orders” section, tap on the specific order and then the exchange/return button next to the product you want to send back to us.
  • Amount got deducted but order isn’t placed
    If your order hasn’t been placed but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically rolled back to your source account within 10 days, depending on your bank.
    If the amount doesn’t reflect in your account within 10 days, do check your bank statement
  • Received incorrect/damaged product / size
    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have a dedicated team to resolve your issue at the earliest, please share the details to wecare@adoreaboo.com.
  • Is the COD option available?
    Yes. We have a cash on delivery (COD) option at free of cost.
  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS/Whatsapp with details of your order and your order ID.
    • You’ll receive another email & SMS/ Whatsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
    • For further updates you can log in to your account and track the order under “My orders” section
  • What should I do if my payment fails?
    In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
    Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
    If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at wecare@adoreaboo.com
  • How to cancel the order?
    Tap on the “My Orders” section in our account and then select the order you want to cancel. The 'Cancel' option will only be available before your order is shipped. If you are facing an issue, please email us at wecare@adoreaboo.com and we will sort it for you.
  • How to place an international order?
    For an international order, add the products to the cart and reach us at wecare@adoreaboo.com wecare@adoreaboo.com and our team will assist you further.
  • How to edit the order that I have placed?
    You cannot edit the order once it is confirmed and we have accepted it. You can cancel before it is shipped or place a new order.
  • What is your return/Exchange policy?
    If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 10 days of delivery to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us.
    Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 10 days of delivery. To check if your item is eligible for return, refer to the product details page or the return eligibility at checkout.
    Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and certain personalized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
    Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
  • How do I create a return/exchange request?
    To return/exchange the order, log in to your account and follow the steps:
    Step 1: Go to My Orders
    Step 2: Select on the order for which you want to create return/exchange
    Step 3: Click on the return button next to the product you want to return/exchange
    Step 4: Select the reason for return from the dropdown, add image and submit request. If you are looking to exchange, select the product you want for exchange and submit a request.
    You can track your return / exchange & refund details in the order detail page.
    Note:
    In case of exchange product value being less than the return product, the balance amount will be refunded to the source after a successful exchange.
    In case of exchange product value being higher than the return product you can place it as a prepaid or COD exchange order
    Your exchange product will be shipped as soon as your return order is picked/delivered to us
  • My order is Return picked up. When will I receive my refunds?
    Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse and product being unused/unwashed and in good condition.
    In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. 
  • If I cancel my order, when will I get the refund?
    If you have cancelled your prepaid order before it is shipped, refund will be initiated immediately and it will reflect in your source within 1 - 10 days depending on your bank.
    If the refund isn’t reflecting in your account, please check the bank statement. If you are facing an issue, please email us at wecare@adoreaboo.com and we will sort it for you
    To check your refund status, Go to My Orders section
    Select the order which you have returned and simply click on the return order details. You will be able to find your refund status under “Payment details” section
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse and product being unused and in good condition.
    In case of COD payments, the refund amount will be credited to your Adore-a-boo account wallet. You can check the same in your “My Wallet” section. Alternatively, if you wish to receive it to your bank account, kindly reach out to our team

    Select the order which you have returned and simply click on the return order details. You will be able to find your refund status under “Payment details” section
  • When will I receive my exchange order? How to track?
    Your exchange order will be shipped once your return order has been delivered to us and upon passing the quality check, we will send your exchange order.
    To track the exchange order status you can visit the “My Orders” section and select the order for which you have created an exchange.You can find exchange and return order details against the product you requested for exchange.
  • My return shipment is picked? When will I get my exchange order?
    Exchange order will be shipped within 24 hours of the product reaching our warehouse and product being unused and in good condition.

  • What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
    Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
    You can check the estimated delivery time within the product page, by entering your pin-code in the “Delivery options” section.
  • Are there any additional shipping charges?
     We offer FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1499 in India. A shipping charge of ₹39 is payable only on orders below ₹1499.
  • How to track my order?
    To check the order updates log in to your account, tap on “My orders” section and then select the order you want to track.

  • What to do if I’m facing issues with the delivery?
    In case of any issues with the delivery partners please write to us with relevant details (Order Id, and any other details that may help) at wecare@adoreaboo.com our team will resolve it for you at the earliest possible.
